THE annual Lochgelly Gala was a hit with the community as the event sparked a great turnout.
The family fun day, one of the most highly-anticipated events in the local calendar was held on Sunday and was enjoyed by all ages.
The gala was officially opened by Lochgelly’s own Dick Campbell, and the event had a range of activities on offer after the parade set off from West End Park.
Local group performances took place, and there were kids races, a petting zoo, chicken farm, inflatable fun and mechanical show rides.
There were also stilt walkers, a football tournament, tombola stalls, music and more.
