A COWDENBEATH woman who ignored a non-harassment order and repeatedly sent her former partner letters has still to be sentenced more than eight months after admitting her guilt.
Charlotte Spinks had been banned from contacting the man but ignored the court order.
Spinks, 28, of Rae Street, appeared again at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She previously admitted that between March 17 and June 7 she breached a non-harassment order by repeatedly sending her former partner letters.
Spinks admitted the offence back in September but sentencing has been repeatedly delayed since then awaiting a psychiatric report.
Sheriff Andrew Berry was told the report was still not available and sentence was deferred again until June 21.
