A POLICE presence was spotted in Cowdenbeath as a man was arrested.
Officers were present in the town on Friday afternoon.
They had responded at around 2.45pm after a report of a theft on Main Street.
Police later arrested a man, aged 47, in connection with the incident.
Enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.45pm on Friday, May 19, we were called to a report of a theft on Main Street, Cowdenbeath.
“Officers attended and a 47-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries are ongoing.”
