A MAN has been charged and had his 'noisy scooter' seized by police in Kelty.
Officers in the area responded to noise complaints and traced the source to Keltyhill Road.
A 20-year-old was charged with 'several road traffic offences' and the vehicle was taken.
Commenting on Police Scotland Cowdenbeath's Twitter, officers said: "Following reports of a noisy scooter in the Kelty area, it was traced being driven on Keltyhill Road by PC's Smith and Foster.
"A 20-year-old male has been charged with several road traffic offences and the scooter has been uplifted.
"#Scrapped #OffTheRoad."
