A CARDENDEN man has been sentenced for domestic offences committed over a six-week period.

Andrew Russell, 35, of Dundonald Park, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that between April 25 and June 11 last year at Castle Castle Park, Cardenden, he engaged in an abusive course of behaviour towards his partner by repeatedly contacting her.

He also attended her home, removed the car keys from the ignition of her vehicle and shouted at her, threatened to snap her car keys and seized hold of her mobile phone.

Sheriff Craig McSherry imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision.
