A 32-year-old man was throwing things about, shouting and swearing during a domestic incident in Cardenden.
Terry McMillan, of Leslie Street, Kirkcaldy, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 18 last year at Cluny Park, Cardenden, he shouted, swore and threw various items about in a domestically aggravated offence.
The court was told McMillan has previous domestic offences and is currently on a community payback order.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and McMillan will be sentenced on 17th May.
