A 49-year-man got himself into more trouble by ignoring bail conditions and going to see his partner in Kelty.
Charles Cummings, of Wemyss Court, Glenrothes, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 23 he breached a bail undertaking condition by contacting his partner and entering Keltyhill Road, Kelty.
Defence solicitor Graham Inch said his client had gone there at the invitation of his partner.
“She was suffering with her mental health and asked him to attend,” he added.
Sheriff Charles Macnair told Cummings: “What is clear is that you were released on conditions that you accepted and then breached them.”
Cummings was fined £285.
