A CARDENDEN man’s domestic row over the mess in his house led to a court appearance.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was 36-year-old Andrej Varholiak, of Derran Drive, who was accompanied by a translator.
He admitted that on February 5 at his home he shouted, swore and threatened to damage property.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said there had been an argument between Varholiak and his partner “over the mess in the kitchen”.
During the row, Varholiak had shouted: “I’m going to s*** on the floor to make more mess.”
Sheriff Edward Gilroy admonished Varholiak but reminded him he now had a criminal conviction as a result of his actions.
