A LOCHORE man, who ignored the conditions of a non-harassment order, has been jailed.
Derren Henderson, 26, of Marmion Road, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Having been put on a non-harassment order on July 27, 2021, he breached the conditions on May 24 at Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, by shouting and making offensive gestures towards his former partner.
He had been banned from approaching her or having any communication with her.
Sheriff Charles Macnair jailed Henderson for five months.
