A 31-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court for drug offences.
Jason Sinclair, of Stenhouse Street, Cowdenbeath, was supplying his dad with cannabis.
Sinclair admitted that on May 3, 2021, at Cocklaw Street, Kelty, he was concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, cannabis.
Defence solicitor Christopher Large told Dunfermline Sheriff Court: “He was supplying cannabis only to his father who suffers from motor neurone disease.
“The cannabis acts as a painkiller for his father.”
