A KELTY man was driving when four times over the limit for cannabis.
Jamie Melville, 32, of Burnside Place, Kelty, submitted guilty pleas by letter at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 24, in Old Perth Road, Cowdenbeath, he drove a car when over the limit for cannabis.
His reading was 8.0 microgrammes of THC per litre of blood, the legal limit being 2.0 microgrammes.
He also admitted he was in possession of cannabis at the same location.
Sheriff Wylie Robertson deferred sentence until March 8 for Melville to attend court in person.
