A CROSSGATES woman was stalked by her former partner who repeatedly went to her street.
Frazer Penman, 24, formerly of Blairhall, now of Dean Road, Kirkcaldy, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline.
Following a trial, Penman was convicted of a charge that between March 24 and 28 last year, at Droverhall Place, Crossgates, he engaged in a course of conduct towards his ex-partner in which he repeatedly attended at her home, parked his car in the vicinity, remained outside her house for periods of time and uploaded content to social media referencing her.
Sheriff Lindsay Foulis commented: “I’ve concerns about his attitude and his demeanour when giving evidence. He’s coming to a point where he should think very serious and concede he has issues.”
The sheriff imposed a community payback order with 140 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision. He also imposed a non-harassment order for 30 months.
