FIFE COLLEGE students will benefit from an additional 500 Chromebooks made available for research and study.
There are now more than 1,300 self-service devices available for learners, with self-service bays installed by LapSafe in all five campuses across the Kingdom.
Additional Chromebooks can also be checked out from college libraries on a seven-day loan basis for students to take home and can be checked out as many times as needed throughout the academic year.
Free access to digital equipment is one of several supportive measures in place – others include a breakfast club, free gym sessions, 'warm spaces' and free 30GB SIM cards available in all libraries.
