A DUNFERMLINE woman drove dangerously when she used her mobile phone to record the aftermath of an accident.
Joanne Rabiega, 46, of Hoggan Crescent, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She had admitted previously that on December 8, 2021, on the A92 near Cowdenbeath, she drove dangerously and, whilst in a queue of moving traffic in close proximity to other vehicles, used a mobile phone to record an accident.
Rabiega asked for sentencing to be delayed so that she could seek legal advice.
Sentence was deferred until February 8.
