A LOCHGELLY couple recently celebrated their Platinum wedding anniversary.
Mary and Dunc Dempsey were married on December 27 in 1952 in St Patrick's Church.
They have been married now for 70 years and a small family gathering took place to celebrate the incredible feat.
The pair have been a long-time part of the St Patrick's Church community in Lochgelly, and enjoyed bowling for many years after retiring.
They have three sons, John, Michael and Kevin, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
