A young boy was rushed to hospital after being struck by a car in Lochgelly.
A YOUNG boy was taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Lochgelly.
The nine-year-old was hit on Lumphinnans Road last night (Friday).
Emergency services were called after the incident at around 5.40pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a crash involving a car and a 9-year-old boy on Lumphinnans Road, Lochgelly, around 5.40pm on Friday, 6 January, 2023.
“The child was taken to Victoria Hospital for treatment.”
