A 21-YEAR-OLD Ballingry man has been fined for twice ignoring bail conditions.
Robbie Whyte, of Navitie Park, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He admitted that on April 11, he breached bail conditions when he approached and contacted the female, having been ordered not to.
He also admitted that on July 31, he breached bail conditions again when he was in her company.
Defence solicitor Alan Davie said his client had been contacted by the female initially on the two occasions.
Sheriff David Hall fined Whyte a total of £540.
