FIREARMS officers were seen attending an incident in Lochgelly this morning (Friday).
Emergency services were called to the scene on Berry Street at around 10.30am following concern for a man.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30am on Friday, September 30, police were called to the Berry Street area of Lochgelly following concern for a man who was believed to have taken unwell.
"Officers assisted ambulance at the scene and the man was established to be well."
The Times understands that the firearms specialism was not required at the scene and that the unit had been the closest to the incident at the time of the call.
