A LOCHGELLY man who ignored a non-harassment order by living with his former partner has been given more jail time.

Scott Cunningham is already serving a prison sentence for a separate breach.

Cunningham, 29, of South Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff court by video-link from jail.

He admitted that having been made subject to a non-harassment order on September 8 last year, he breached it between April 1 and June 15 when he was in the company of his partner repeatedly at Whitelaw Crescent, Dunfermline.

Cunningham was jailed for five months on July 29 for another breach of the order.

The two-year order was imposed in August last year.

The court was told Cunningham had been living with the woman between April and June.

Sheriff Alison Michie said: “This was a second breach of the order and the social work report makes very poor reading. There’s been little engagement with social work in the past.”

She jailed Cunningham for four-and-a-half months to run consecutively to his current term.
