A 22-YEAR-OLD Cowdenbeath woman who brandished a bottle during a disturbance has been fined.

Ami Lee, of Netherton Road, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

She admitted previously that on August 1 last year, at Moss Side Road, Cowdenbeath, she shouted, swore, acted aggressively, brandished a glass bottle and banged on the door there repeatedly.

She also breached a bail condition on September 7 last year by entering Moss Side Road and contacting her partner.

The court was told previously that neighbours had reported a disturbance at the then home of Lee and her partner.

Shortly afterwards, police received another call from someone in the house saying there was a fight going on between the couple.

Officers arrived and saw Lee standing outside, banging on the door and shouting through the letter box. She ran off when she saw the police.

Police were told she had been brandishing a litre bottle of vodka inside the house.

Sheriff Susan Duff fined Lee £420.
