A 31-YEAR-OLD man has admitted starting two fires in Ballingry.
Robert Gunn set fire to a car then a rubbish bin next to a house, a few weeks later, both in the same street.
Gunn, of Ivanhoe Avenue, Lochore but currently a prisoner at Perth, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by video-link.
He admitted that on March 28 at Cleikimin Crescent, Ballingry, he wilfully set fire to a car causing damage to it.
On April 17 at another address in Cleikimin Crescent, he wilfully set fire to a rubbish bin next to a house. The fire took effect causing extensive damage to bins, scorched the side wall of the house and melted plastic guttering. This was a domestic offence involving a partner or former partner.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Gunn will be sentenced on September 1.
