BAD feeling between two men led to an incident where “rude gestures” were made by one of them.
As a result, 33-year-old Steven Marshall, of Whyte Place, Milnathort, went on trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
The court heard there was a background of incidents involving Marshall and another man, who work in garages close to each other.
Sheriff Charles Macnair found Marshall guilty of a charge that between 1st and January 6 last year on the B9097 road he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by stopping his vehicle and making rude gestures.
There was a ‘not proven’ verdict on a second charge that on February 15 last year at Jamphlars Road, Cardenden, he stopped his vehicle, blocking the road and was shouting and swearing.
Sheriff Macnair imposed a fine of £320.
