A TEENAGER committed a violent attack in Ballingry, kicking and striking the victim on the head.
The attacker appeared back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
The 16-year-old youth, formerly of Ballingry, now living in Burntisland, admitted previously that on August 22 last year at Malcolm Street, Ballingry, he assaulted a male by kicking and striking him to the head to his injury.
Sheriff Lindsay Foulis had called for a social work report previously. However, when the youth returned to court to be sentenced, Sheriff Susan Duff decided it was not a matter for her and sent it to the children’s panel for their consideration.
