A 59-YEAR-OLD man has been ordered to do unpaid work following a domestic disturbance in Hill of Beath.
Krasimir Popov, now of Shanwell Road, Tayport, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing accompanied by a translator.
He admitted previously that on May 3, at his former home in Allan Park, Hill of Beath, he acted aggressively, shouted and screamed at his former partner and threatened her with violence.
Depute fiscal Mat Piskorz said the woman was “fearful of him and thinks he will make attempts to contact her if no court order is in place”.
Sheriff Charles Macnair imposed a community payback order with 101 hours of unpaid work and a two-year non-harassment order.
