TWO West Fife medical practices are working at reduced capacity due to staff shortages.
The surgeries at Crossgates and at New Park in Dunfermline are both affected.
NHS Fife said that, in total, five practices across the Kingdom are currently running a reduced service due to staffing issues.
The health board added: "These practices are still open and scheduling face-to-face appointments, however appointments are being prioritised for those with a more urgent need.
"Where appropriate, please consider using pharmacy, optician, or other community services."
The other affected practices are in Glenrothes, Auchtermuchty and Markinch.
