A CARDENDEN man caused a disturbance after a turning up at a house intoxicated when he knew he was not wanted there.
Andrew Russell, 34, of Dundonald Park, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 2, at Castle Castle Park, Cardenden, he attended a property whilst in an intoxicated state, gained access despite knowing he was unwelcome there, shouted, swore and adopted an aggressive demeanour towards his partner.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Russell will be sentenced on July 20.
