MOTORSPORT fans are being given the opportunity to ride with a four-time world champion in West Fife this weekend.

Knockhill Racing Circuit, Scotland's national motorsport centre, are set to welcome Carl Fogarty MBE for the first time in more than 30 years on Sunday.

Fogarty, who won the World Superbike Championship in 1994, 1995, 1998 and 1999, will visit the venue for 'A Grand Day out at Knockhill', which is being run in association with Ducati Glasgow and Lamborghini Edinburgh.

The event, which will include a charity raffle with prizes worth £1,000 up for grabs, will give fans the chance to win pillion rides with 'Foggy' – also famous for winning ITV's 'I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here' in 2014 – as well as fellow racing legends Ian Simpson and Iain MacPherson; the opportunity to marvel at two and four-wheel Lamborghini's on track and on display; take part in free test rides; enjoy stunt shows and displays; learn from experts about the steps to attaining a motorcycle licence; mini moto sessions; off-road experiences; Ducati-only track day sessions, and much more.

By special arrangement, the track will be run in reverse, while food and drink will also be available on the day.
