A WOMAN was dragged along the ground by the hair by her former partner in Lochgelly.
The violence was meted out by 38-year-old David Michie, of Wilmington Drive, Glenrothes.
Michie, who appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by video-link from prison, has admitted committing offences on March 8 at Station Road, Lochgelly.
He acted aggressively towards a male, repeatedly shouting, swearing and making threats of violence towards him.
He also assaulted his former partner by seizing her by the hair, pulling her to the ground, dragging her along the ground by the hair, all to her injury.
The court had to adjourn the case because no social work report was available.
Michie will now be sentenced on June 1. Bail was refused and he will remain in custody until sentencing.
