A LOCHGELLY woman who twice ignored a ban on contacting her former partner has been sentenced.
Louisa Smart, 24, of High Street, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She admitted previously that on October 15, 2020, she breached undertaking conditions by entering Rosehill Crescent, Cowdenbeath, and contacting the man.
Then, on December 18, 2020, she breached bail conditions by entering Rosehill Crescent, Cowdenbeath, and again contacting him.
Defence solicitor Jaclyn Robertson said her client struggled at times with mental issues and alcohol consumption.
Sheriff Charles Macnair imposed a community payback order with 101 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision.
