NHS Fife has announced a change of services at a local medical practice today (Monday).
Due to staff absence, Benarty Medical Practice, on Lochleven Road, is running at a reduced working capacity.
An NHS Fife statement said: "The following Medical Practices are currently running a reduced service, due to staff absence: Burntisland, Scoonie, Benarty.
"If you require medical care that is not an emergency at this time, please consider using pharmacy, optician or other community services, where appropriate.
"Patients are thanked for their patience."
