A LOCHGELLY man threw stones at windows on two separate occasions as part of abuse towards his ex-partner.
Darren McMurray, 39, of Chapel Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between January 18-22 last year, at Paul Street and Main Street, Lochgelly, he engaged in an abusive course of behaviour towards his partner, repeatedly acting aggressively and in a threatening manner.
He threw stones at a window in Main Street on January 18 and then, on January 22, he phoned her repeatedly, shouted, swore and made threats of violence.
He then attended again at the property in Main Street, repeatedly shouted, swore and threw stones at a window, kicked the communal door repeatedly, entered the common close and acted aggressively.
The court was told McMurray was put on a community payback order and the Caledonian Programme for domestic offenders a year ago.
Sheriff Wyllie Robertson called for reports and McMurray will be sentenced on March 9.
