A CARDENDEN man caused a disturbance after going into the home of a neighbour uninvited.
Steven Law took his shoes off before starting to shout, swear and make threats of violence after entering the flat of an upstairs neighbour.
After being told by police to stay away, he again returned to the woman’s door.
Law, 31, of Cluny Park, who is already on a community payback order for another matter, appeared back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on December 15, at Cluny Park, he entered the property uninvited, removed his shoes, shouted, swore, threatened violence to the householders, thereafter attended again at the door after being told by the police to refrain from doing so and shouted and swore.
He also admitted he assaulted a police officer by striking him on the body whereby he fell backwards and struck a wall.
The court was told that the incident took place in the home of a neighbour of Law’s and was witnessed by a 14-year-old boy.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Law will be sentenced on February 23.
