A ONE-VEHICLE crash on the northbound off-slip at Cowdenbeath has now been cleared with all lanes now running again.

Emergency services had attended a crash on the A92 Cowdenbeath Interchange.

It is not known at this time whether anyone was injured in the incident. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson had said: "We received a report of a crash involving one car on the A92 at the Cowdenbeath Interchange, around 11.25am on Wednesday, December 29.

“Emergency services are currently in attendance.”

The A92 northbound exit slip for Cowdenbeath was closed with drivers told to seek an alternative route and expect longer than normal journey times.
