OWNERS of a micro brewery are seeking a certificate of lawfulness to produce, store and distribute goods from their base at the M90 Commerce Park near Kelty.
Black Metal Brewery Ltd have applied to Fife Council for the approval so a section 50 certificate of suitability under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 can be issued.
The application says the premises have been used for general industrial purposes since 2004 and will be used for distribution of goods, primarily for the dispatch of alcohol to members of the public and wholesale customers.
