A 31-YEAR-OLD man obtained goods worth £600 in a scam at Argos.
Daryl Hutcheson, of Seamark Place, Ballingry, submitted a guilty plea through his solicitor at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Hutcheson admitted that on November 9, at Fife Retail Park, Kirkcaldy, he presented electronically a credit voucher in another person’s name and pretended he was the owner of the card, inducing Argos to supply him with Hoover goods and computer items, to the value of £600, which were obtained by fraud.
Sheriff Francis Gill continued the case until October 29 for Hutcheson’s personal appearance.
