A CARDENDEN man caught driving in his own street when banned has been sentenced.
Stefan Hunter, 33, of Carden Castle Park, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 21 last year, at that street, he drove while disqualified.
Depute fiscal Jill Currie said that, at 1.45pm, police officers on patrol saw Hunter driving and stopped him as they knew he was disqualified.
Depute fiscal Aime Allan said: “He accepts his record is troublesome.”
Sheriff James Macdonald imposed a nine-month restriction of liberty order. He also imposed another 12-month driving ban.
