A HILLEND resident would not accept the break-up of a relationship and bombarded their ex-partner with unwanted messages, cards and flowers.
Stevie Ogg, 48, Letham Hill Avenue, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, admitting that between June 5 and September 10 last year, at an address in Cowdenbeath, they engaged in a course of conduct which caused their estranged partner fear or alarm by sending her flowers, cards and letters to her home, knowing all contact was unwanted and having been advised to stop by the police.
Sheriff Lindsay Foulis fined Ogg £1,275 and imposed a three-year non-harassment order.
