A CARDENDEN man who twice ignored a court order banning him from his street has been fined.
Mark Ellis, 40, of Carden Castle Park, Cardenden, committed both offences last year, breaching a court order imposed on February 24, 2020.
On May 26 last year, he entered the street and then on June 10, he repeated the offence.
The court was told that on both occasions, Ellis was spotted by police in his car parked in the street. Ellis was fined £640.
