A CARDENDEN man was caught driving in his own street when banned.
Stefan Hunter, 33, of Carden Castle Park, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 21 last year, at that street, he drove while disqualified.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said that at 1.45pm, police officers on patrol saw Hunter driving and stopped him.
Depute fiscal Roshni Joshi said her client had been driving to a friend’s house.
Sheriff Richard McFarlane told Hunter: “Given your record, you would be well-known to vigilant police officers.”
The sheriff called for reports and Hunter will be sentenced on October 6.
