A LOCHGELLY man has been remanded in custody after he appeared in court again over a murder charge.
Mark Campbell, from Lochgelly, made a second appearance at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court today [Tuesday, September 14], where he made no plea and was fully committed.
The 35-year-old faces charges of murder, assault and previously evince malice and ill-will.
The final charge means that the alleged murder is believed to have been aggravated by previous hostile behaviour towards the victim.

Police announced earlier in the month that a man had been arrested and charged in connection to the death of Jane Fitzpatrick who was found dead in her car in Glenrothes on August 9.
She was discovered dead inside the vehicle on Cable Road at around 9am on August 9.
Campbell was remanded in custody and will appear again in due course.
