A LOCHORE man ignored a bail order banning him from seeing his partner by going to her home.
However, when he got drunk and refused to leave, police were called.
Neil Taylor, 56, of Balbedie Gardens, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that having been put on bail he breached the conditions on April 30 when he was in contact with his partner.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said Taylor had gone to the woman’s home and had been allowed in.
Later, she phoned the police to say he was drunk and would not leave.
She wanted him out and police arrived to find Taylor heavily intoxicated.
Defence solicitor Peter Robertson said: “He struggles with alcohol and has fits when he doesn’t take alcohol. He lives on his own and has a very limited social network.”
Sheriff Alastair Brown fined Taylor £70.
