A 46-year-old man who repeatedly breached a bail condition to stay out of Cardenden has been put on a ‘tag’.
George Watson, of Sutherland Place, Kirkcaldy, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court having admitted a series of breaches previously.
On November 7, he entered Cardenden when banned from being there.
On November 14, he was found in the company of his ex-partner in Victoria Road, Kirkcaldy, against bail conditions.
On December 12, he again entered Cardenden,
Then, on January 6 and 23, he breached bail again by entering Cardenden repeatedly.
Sheriff Alastair Brown imposed a four-month restriction of liberty order.
