Bins in Cowdenbeath and Kelty will not be collected today
SOME residents in Cowdenbeath and Kelty will not have their bins collected today due to staff absences.
Darren Watt, a councillor for the area, took to social media to reveal that all three routes in the aforementioned areas will be incomplete, with a significant amount of staff absence the cause.
Residents have been asked to leave their bins at the side of the road while senior management work out how best to tackle the issue.
