Heavy rain is expected alongside the thunderstorm
A WEATHER warning has been issued for Fife with thunderstorms expected tomorrow.
Following the recent heatwave, Fifers have been basking in the sun for weeks on end, but that is about to change, according to the Met Office.
The weather experts have warned that thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected tomorrow with a risk of flooding likely.
The warning says that “flooding of homes and businesses could happen quickly, with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong winds”.
