BACK for the new campaign is the Cowdenbeath FC match programme, The Blue Brazilian, and the first issue was for the Premier Sports Cup match against Raith Rovers.

The 48 page full colour programme was on sale at the ground priced at £3 and, packed full of interesting features on the club, it's still available to buy.

The programme has a new look for a new season and issue one includes articles on the Player of the Year awards for 2020/21, 50 years ago, Cowden's 21st century goals of the season, the story of the Ballon D'or and honorary president Alex Anderson.

There's also Selling the Dream, Visitors Vista, the civic pride of our town, Mark Ramsay recalling his football career, In the Spotlight, Football Magicians of Central Park, Ask the Anorak, The Days of Euros Past, The Armchair Sportsman and much much more.

Club secretary David Allan, a contributor to the programme, explained how fans who were not at Saturday’s game can get a copy: “Copies normally can be obtained by making a donation of £3 plus postage and packing of £2 via the Club 135 donation button on the club website.

"Or you can contact us by Facebook message or by emailing office@cowdenbeathfc.com and we will provide bank account details for electronic transfer of funds in payment."
