WITH the start of the new season fast approaching Cowdenbeath FC is currently finalising their kit details for next term.

The club’s signings for the new season are already well advanced so the Blue Brazil have announced that the popular packages for individual player sponsorships are now available.

There are two options for each player. First is the exclusive player sponsorship whereby your name as sponsor of your chosen player is listed in the match day programme and on the club website.

Sponsors receive a signed photograph/certificate featuring the player they have sponsored and a voucher which can be exchanged at the club shop, in Cowdenbeath, for a free replica home or away shirt.

They will also be given preference if, at the end of the season, their player’s match worn shirt is being auctioned off.

Potential sponsors are advised by secretary, David Allan, to tell the club which player they wish to sponsor and preferably list one or two alternatives as demand is usually brisk for player sponsorships, which cost £200.

The second option is to sponsor the boots.

This is a player sponsorship which sees your name in the match day programme and on the website as the boot sponsor of your selected player.

The sponsor will receive a souvenir signed photograph/certificate with cost of sponsorship being £50.

If anyone wants to be involved they can either Facebook message or e-mail the club on office@cowdenbeathfc.com to reserve your player sponsorship now. Payment details will then be supplied.

David Allan said: “Players signed up for 2021/22 already are Craig Barr, Liam Buchanan, Robbie Buchanan, Ross Clarke, Cammy Gill, Kyle Hutton, Kyle Miller, Gavin Morrison, Craig Thomson, Fraser Mullen, Ross Pollock, Kris Renton, Harvey Swann, Jamie Todd and Lennon Watson.

“More names of course will be added as manager Gary Bollan completes the squad,” added the secretary.
