A 33-YEAR-OLD man has been sentenced for damaging a gate and throwing a bottle at a woman during a disturbance in Lochore.
Nathan Watters, 33, formerly of Ballingry Road, Ballingry, now of Craiglachie Court, Glenrothes, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted previously that on July 29, at Rosewell Crescent, Lochore, he kicked and damaged a gate, repeatedly shouted, swore, acted aggressively, made derogatory comments and threw a bottle at a woman.
Sheriff James MacDonald imposed a community payback order with 140 hours of unpaid work.
