A NUMBER of Central Fife school and nurseries have reported outbreaks of coronavirus as the school term ends.

NHS Fife has confirmed that St Bride’s Nursery, Cowdenbeath, and St Joseph’s Primary, Kelty, are among 12 which have recorded five or more people self-isolating following contact with a positive case.

Among the others are Auchtermuchty Primary, Cairneyhill Primary, Dunnikier Primary, Kirkcaldy High, and Rimbleton Primary.

There are a number of useful resources available for parents in Fife, with information on how best to reduce the chances of your family contracting the virus and what you should do if someone in the household develops symptoms.
