Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A MAN chased after a car when he was armed with an axe and calling for the driver to get out of the vehicle.
Michael Livingstone, 29, of Ballingry Crescent, Ballingry, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 27, at Ballingry Crescent, he chased a car whilst in possession of an axe and shouting at the male driver to get out of the car.
He also admitted being unlawfully in possession of an offensive weapon.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Livingstone will be sentenced on July 7.
