A DRUG DRIVER who was caught over the limit in Lochgelly has been sentenced.
Sean Nairn, 44, of Devonvale Place, Kinross, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on December 9, 2019 in Foote Street, Lochgelly, he drove having consumed excess drugs.
His reading was 200 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine – cocaine – per litre of blood, the limit is 50 microgrammes.
Sheriff Alastair Brown imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision and a drug treatment requirement.
He also banned Nairn from driving for 18 months.
